In expressive creative writing, we don’t need to have the answers—we can let ourselves process, imagine, uncover, and give voice to parts of ourselves that have been silent. In this 30-minute session, we’ll embark on a guided free-writing time through a no-pressure prompt designed for those who don’t usually practice writing. We’ll hold space for mindfulness and catharsis.

Writing for Wellness: Your Stories in Healthcare

Wednesday’s from 1:00-1:30PM on April 1, April 8, April 15, and April 22.

Each week will feature a different writing prompt to help you begin (or continue) to share aspects of your personal experiences of working in healthcare. As a Writing for Wellness course, the focus is still on free-writing as a self-care practice and you won’t be asked to share your work. But as a linked series, we hope these sessions create a rhythm for you where your writings can build on each other.
