THRIVE is an interactive, evidence-based training designed to help healthcare professionals build resilience, manage stress, and develop practical coping skills for demanding healthcare environments. Through hands on exercises, real-world applications, and approachable strategies, participants learn techniques they can immediately apply to support their well-being.
